Superb value for money. I had been concerned that the low price might reflect in the experience, but the George exceeded my expectations. I had a large double room overlooking the high street - the bed was comfy, WiFi worked well and the shower was good. It was a hot night and I was pleased to find a fan in the room.

The bed was amazing , didn't realise it had mirrors in the top.!! Queen size at that!! The view was incredible. We had 3 knocks during the night, and when we asked if reception had knocked they said no. So we were viaitied by ghosts!! Lobe it.

Bit of a faded beauty. Quite a climb up the stairs if you're elderly but very good Value and a great location.
