Quiet and secluded. Comfortable bed and sofas. Full size fridge freezer. Good pub and restaurant within a few minutes drive. Country walks on the doorstep. Small fenced patio to enjoy with our dog.

This cottage is exceptional. Such a quiet and romantic location. The cottage is super comfortable and so well equiped, it couldn't have suited us better for a much needed, short getaway break in the country. Our hosts were so welcoming but without being intrusive, we couldn't have asked for more.

Couldn't of had a better place to stay I wanted somewhere quiet close to the race I was doing and where the dog could have a good run round and coblye barn exceeded everything I could of imagined will certainly be booking again next time I'm down at ashdown forest pippingford my dog has been very quiet since got back can tell she's missing it and the hosts where very helpful in finding the barn and place was immaculate ☺️
