Do not consider staying anywhere else in Battembang! This really is a home from home. Everything was perfect! From the fabulous room with the most comfortable bed you could wish for, to the lovely breakfast and the spotless and refreshing pool. Most of all the welcome and constant care from Narah and her gorgeous family. I wish we could have stayed longer!

This place is excellent 👌! The staff here are a family who will not hesitate to accommodate you. We were upgraded on arrival to a lovely room , great bed , youtube TV , good bathroom , aircond even a pedestal fan and personal services when asked for. Breakfast was great and filling 😋. Upon departure we given a free ride to the bus station and also a personal gift. Fantastic place close to good Western restaurants. Loved it .

Staying at this hotel run by two sisters was an absolutely wonderful experience. Unlike the busy vibes of Siem Reap or Phnom Penh, Battambang is a peaceful city, perfect for rest and relaxation. Muni Residence & Spa fits perfectly into this laid-back atmosphere. The room, which I entered through a small garden courtyard, wasn’t huge but had just the right amount of space I needed. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the bathroom was very clean. At check-in, they offered a variety of fruits, snacks, and a welcome drink — a thoughtful touch that helped me recover from the journey. As a family-run business, the two sisters are incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They even helped me organize my itinerary and were happy to assist with booking tours or transport. The free bicycles they provide were especially useful for exploring the town. If I return to Battambang, I will definitely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and accommodating staff - they made every effort to make my stay feel like a second home. Phenomenal attention to detail such as pick up from the bus station, great recommendations and support in arranging tours and onward travel.
