The self check in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent throughout. The rooms were amazing, excellent decor and furnishings, very quirky and lovely added extras with the water and the fridge with milk in the hallway. The info sheet in the room was really helpful for people who did not know the area. Great location for the town, only a 10 minute walk and even though no parking, the Charlotte St Car Park was a 1 minute walk away behind the property. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits and there were USB ports to charge your phone. All in all an excellent stay after a fabulous day at our daughter’s graduation. The small personal touches. A bowl of fruit and filtered water at reception, beautiful white fluffy towels, beautiful artwork, luxury toiletries, an international power adapter, spotlessly clean. It was just like staying at a friend's house.
