This is a lovely hotel within walking distance of the main attractions. We booked the deluxe king which was roomy,extremely comfortable and very clean. All the staff were very friendly & welcoming. We enjoyed our breakfast hamper too.

Really liked the style of the room. From the little Roberts radio playing classic FM to the wonderful bathtub and location. We got a complementary upgrade upon arrival and we were more than happy with everything. Best stay in Bath so far!

The whole experience was great. I had queries in advance and the staff handled them promptly, constructively and professionally. The hotel is easy to find, and easy to access. From the view from across the street, all the way through into reception, the common areas and into the room, everything is beautifully designed and decorated, as well as super clean and in good order. The room we were in is spacious enough, well decorated and very comfortable. The little nuances, like a vintage style radio playing light classics as we came in, are a nice accent to a luxury experience. The bearing of the staff matches the high quality offering of this lovely little hotel.

Well designed boutique hotel, a short walk from Bath city centre. The room despite being described as cosy was not at all cramped, felt like a haven for solo traveller with a beautiful bathroom. Loved all the well thought out small touches, including recommendations, mini bar etc. super friendly and accommodating staff, really couldn’t fault it.
