Great location for exploring Bath. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were comfortable, clean and bright, and we loved the building as a whole. Breakfast was amazing.

Breakfast in the diningroom overlooking the beautiful street was lovely. But the whole area smelled very bad.
