This is our favourite Bath Hotel. Rooms are stylish, and though small, the room is very comfortable. Choose a superior room. The hotel is also in a sleepy and peaceful location yet only within a short walk of the centre of Bath (8-10 mins tops!). There is free parking at the hotel too, which in Bath is a HUGE bonus as the traffic wardens are like Rottweilers and tourists get caught out by the bus lanes! The breakfasts are also delicious. Staff are always super friendly and can't do enough for you! It doesn't have gym or pool, but who cares frankly! We LOVE this little hotel - its a total gem! ps the exterior pics don't do it justice!

We had a fabulous afternoon tea in the garden. All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The following morning we had a delicious breakfast and again the staff were delightful.

It has parking and a central location in an attractive area. The building itself is distinctive and attractive. A large house adapted to be a hotel with attractive grounds where you can eat outside

The setting and location couldn’t have been more perfect. The room itself was absolutely spotless, and a single bed was put up for my son which was a wonderful surprise! The staff, I have never been in any establishment where everyone was so friendly and lovely. The reception staff, the waitresses, even the chef was wonderful, polite and friendly. The stay and the staff absolutely made our trip. Thanks guys, my sons can’t wait to come back again! Our bathroom was the bathrooms of dreams, and the food was superb!
