I love this hotel and stay there when there is availability. I love the breakfast and staff is very friendly. It is also very conveniently located, and is small and feels like a home.

So close to everything in centre of Bath. A very short walk (minutes) takes you to cafés/restaurants and there is so much choice. Wonderful parks as well.

Good location for many popular visitor sites. Very good staff and helpful. Close to restaurants, pubs etc. but in a quiet road.
