We had some last minute changes due to a medical emergency and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even though they didn’t have to. They were amazing!

We had lunch when we arrived and it was very nice and perfect after a long drive. The Breakfast was amazing and perfect way to start the day. We had dinner on the last evening and the menu was nice and I had the fish and chips and would recommend. The hotel has a lovely bar / restaurant with welcoming staff and nice atmosphere and we were luck that the weather was nice and could enjoy the sun in the garden area. It was quick to check in and the radio in the room is a lovely touch as it was nice to listen to music in the morning while getting ready. All the staff were friendly and could not do enough for you. The location is good but there is a steep hill to walk into Bath but there are regular busses with a stop right outside so if you can not walk it is easy to jump on a bus. Easy parking in the carp park behind the pub.
