Great communication from Emma throughout our stay. She kindly arranged a parking permit, which was a thoughtful touch. The bed was really comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Otherwise, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, easy walk into Bath.

Friendly and welcoming owner who organised a parking permit for the duration of our stay (very much appreciated) and provided an information booklet of local establishments and attractions. Great location within walking distance of the city and the canal. Well-equipped kitchenette and loads of toiletries and loo paper. Being below street level, the room stayed cool (lovely in the current hot weather). Plenty of natural light coming from the door and window, so it didn’t feel like a bunker.
