Bedding arrangements are set based on the number of guests staying at the property. Our standard set up is as follows:
*2 guests; 1 double ensuite bed or 2 singles beds
*3 guests; 1 double ensuite bed and 1 single bed
*4 guests; 1 double ensuite bed and 1 double bed or 2 single beds
*5 guests; 1 double ensuite bed, 1 double bed and 1 single bed
*6 guests; 1 double ensuite bed, 1 double bed and 2 singles beds
*7 guests; 1 double ensuite bed, 1 double bed and 3 singles beds
*8/9 guests; 1 double ensuite bed, 1 double bed, 3 singles beds and an additional 'bed in a box' air mattress.If you are a smaller group and would prefer to use additional beds or separate rooms, we can arrange that for a small extra charge. Please let us know in advance. Any additional guests will incur further charges.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Lots of space to move around in, very clean and welcoming. They had even put up a Christmas Tree which was unexpected and a real treat.
