The fine print
Due to the structure of the building, the Old Mill Hotel does not have a lift. Wheelchair access is only available in the Rolling Mill restaurant. Parking is subject to availability and cannot be reserved. For advance purchase reservations, the credit card used for the reservation needs to be shown upon arrival. If this is not possible, a third party authorisation form, copy of ID and copy of the credit card needs to be sent to the property prior to arrival. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We had a smallish room, but with a Juliet balcony overlooking the waterwheel below and river and fields beyond. Bath was a pleasant 40 min walk, mostly along the canal path. There were only a few staff on duty but were pleasant and helpful. Service in the restaurant and bar was efficient.

The location was beautiful . The bedroom was very modern and well finished . The staff were very friendly but seemed extremely busy .

Very nice restaurant with reasonable prices, good breakfast. Staff very friendly and would go extra mile to accommodate our needs. Beautiful location with the added bonus of working Watermill wheel. Close to city of Bath with public transport available close by.
