Lovely welcome from the owner which we appreciated and good communication beforehand as we were late. Excellent location for the Abbey. A bit out of town centre and set back from the road so quiet for where it was but really easy to walk into town. Spacious room. Nice to have fridge. Actually good to have a Toilet not in the bathroom.

The view was lovely of the abbey. The room was large and had its original features. It was pleasant enough, but it needs a bit of tlc.

Lovely big room with superb views across the rugby fields to the Cathedral. Only a 10 minute walk or so to the centre of town, plus there was parking.

A very clean and comfortable stay in a perfect central Bath location. My husband and I spent 1 night in room 6, a spacious room and bathroom with shower... we had a lovely welcome and the host was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with plenty of recommendations of the local area. The only slight grievance was the lack of toiletries- no shower gel/toothbrush holder and similarly the towels were a bit rough (which was surprising as the sheets and duvet were lovely quality). Thank you for a lovely getaway 😀
