Please note that guests are able to use the spa facilities from 14:30 on the day of arrival until 11.00 on the day of departure. Should guests wish to use the facilities outside of these hours, they must check availability with the spa reception in advance. A GBP 20 facility fee per person will apply. Treatments may be booked outside of these hours.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. A beautiful hotel, thoughtfully decorated with lovely gardens. The spa was gorgeous, the food was lovely with plenty of choice and the staff friendly and helpful. We brought our dog and found the hotel well set-up for dogs with them allowed in all areas aside from the spa (which is understandable). They even left treats for the dog in the room! Our room was kitted out with a fan and an air con unit which for a hot weekend was helpful. We explored Bath, Freshford and Bradford on Avon very easily from this location. We would definitely consider returning.

We loved the property and all The great staff. Enjoyed a great country walk, amazing food and a great day around the pool. The staff don’t seem Like they work in a hotel, more like we stayed at their house for the weekend. Thanks for an amazing stay.
