Rooms were good, beds were comfortable, AC was good and the staff were courteous. We booked two double rooms and one triple room. The proximity to attractions in Bath is great.

Room was comfortable, pitch black and comfy bed. Nice and quiet despite being on the ground floor. Tasty breakfast.

Everything, the staff was very accommodating. We arrived later than normal. I requested a late arrival, and it was met. Plus, we requested a ground floor room, and it is also available. So very pleased indeed.
