Very clean and felt like the staff went the extra mile to make our stay extra special. Petals on the bed and animal shapes with the towels. Always happy to help

Lovely warm feeling. Facilities were perfect, especially large bath and large bathroom, staff were attentive and overall a great place to stay near enough to Bath to be able to park for free.
