Ling is a lovely host and nothing is too much trouble. Lots of helpful advice about the Bath area. Beautifully cooked breakfast. Perfect location. We would definitely stay at Apple Tree again.

This is a very thoughtfully ran Bed and breakfast. Ling looks after you like a family member. The place is adorned with amazing antiques throughout that has been collected by Ling herself. We were amazed to learn that Ling does everything herself from the breakfast to making the rooms. The breakfast had an amazing full English and French toast. We felt like the rooms were super clean, especially because of the shoes off policy inside the house (house slippers provided).
