Beautiful little guest house in a great central location. Fabulous host. Felt home from home. Booked last minute so our room was the smallest but was spotlessly clean and overlooked the rear garden. Nice breakfast served hot! Couldn’t fault it would recommend and would stay again.

It is close to the main sites in Bath but in a quiet location. The room was very comfortable & the shower was hot. Ling was very helpful & professional, & breakfast was amazing.
