The views , the beds and pillows very comfy had lovely extras like sachets of laundry liquid / nice shampoo etc The roof top pool was great nice and warm and amazing views

Great view of the Clyde River, & we loved Batemans Bay, but to call this 4th floor apartment "Lavish" is wildly exaggerated. We'd call it "modern but simple". Not worth $320/night It's on two levels with a lot of stairs. Bed was comfy but in cold weather needs another blanket. Kitchen's OK, but equipped basically, & condiments lacking, & it's got one of those infuriating electric cooktops which we spent ages trying to get working. Great sunrises views

Very hard to check in as no one is on premises. Instructions only after sending licence and a photo. Very hard to contact. But in the end I had a nice customer service person who helped me out. So all went ok.
