The room was exceptionally spacious, and the service throughout our stay was warm and welcoming. A special mention to the front desk staff, Felix (if I recalled his name correctly), whose friendliness and hospitality made the experience even more pleasant. His warm welcome and attention to detail set a wonderful tone for the start of our stay. Both the pre-check-in and check-in processes were handled seamlessly and efficiently.
