This marks our 4th visit to Panbil. One aspect that impresses me is the newly upgraded hotel lobby and sitting area and pleasant scent throughout the hotel where we are staying. The staff have been very helpful, and the check-in process was efficient. The breakfast spread was average, offering numerous choices. Securing a Grab ride was effortless, and the location provides easy access to several Batam malls. I strongly recommend this hotel for both families and couples.

Superb & attention service from everyone! To name a few, Lisda/cafe made our arrival very pleasant, and she greeted us daily for breakfast. Irfan/concierge was helpful & informative. In our short time with him, he shared so much about the hotel facilities & services. Well done, Wyndham, for having such gems in your property!

The service was excellent and great selection of food at the breakfast buffet. There’s security check before entering the premises, which is great too. I liked the lake view and the tranquility. Got a slice of awesome carrot cake too!

I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel multiple times, and each time I have received a warm and welcoming reception. The view was truly spectacular. Check-in was effortless and efficient, with the added benefits of early and late check-out options. Although the breakfast was satisfactory, it did not exceed my expectations. As a Head Chef, I have high culinary standards, which may have been shaped by my work experience in a luxury hotel. To enhance the dining experience, I recommend adding more traditional Indonesian cuisine and baked goods to the menu. Additionally, the music played during breakfast could be more soothing and relaxing. The ground staff provided exceptional service.
