Everything about it. Really liked staying here, quiet and clean place. Apartment is clean and there’s always guard around and there’s a nearby supermarket, which is super convenient.

They provide baby cot as per my request, and it was clean and ready to use for my baby. The room is very convenient for travelling with baby as it is quite spacious and also there is a kitchen that i can use to prepare baby food, they also provide kitchen utensils. Breakfast was great, hospitality is great. Didnt check out the swimming pool. Staying at the apartment is value for money as you get the wyndham hotel facilities and breakfast. Would recommend to pick the forest view room, its amazing

The cleanliness of the hotel was 💯💯💯💯. The hotel staff made us feel welcome. Their friendliness and helpfulness truly made our stay memorable. They were always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any requests. Pak Deny ensured we had a safe and comfortable journey back to Batam Megamall, making sure we reached our destination smoothly and without any hassle.

All services deserve a 10/10. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was great, and everything was well managed. Overall, it was a nice and memorable stay.
