Everything! Checking in & out was very smooth! Room service was fast! Staff was very polite! Room was upgraded & requested for connecting room was fulfilled! Room was spacious & bed very comfortable! Love everything abt Hotel Santika Batam! Will definitely come bck!❤️

Everything was good. love the hospitality and the food. ordered a room service for dinner and the food was delicious. didn't expect it since it's a budget hotel.

Value for money The comfy bed n cosy room lighting that really makes u relax n calm.... Will be spoiled with choices during the breakfast buffet that has an outdoor sitting with the morning view of the coast..
