A pre-payment of 50% of the reservation is charged by the hotel after booking. Please inform Al Natural Resort in advance of your arrival info. Please note that we have one boat per day: the boat departs from Bocas between noon and 1:00pm and it leaves the hotel to go to Bocas between 8:00 and 10:00am. Trip at other moments cost $100.00 except when we have no other guest coming or departing that day so we can be more flexible. Please note that there is a supplement of $75.00 p.p. for the Christmas dinner on the eve of the 24th of December (5 courses gourmet dinner with aperitif and wine and taxes included) and a supplement of $100.00 p.p. for the New Years dinner and party (all food, drinks, music, fire works, taxes and fun included)Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Great staff amazing food and drinks - Vincent, the Chef, achieved tasty and healthy 3 course menu that even my picky kids really enjoyed. Fantastic activities - Jacobo the tour guide is fantastic and bring you to great snorkeling spots

The place was beyond my expectations. Ecolodge at its best, with a wonderful room and deck in front of the sea, staff hired from nearby communities, and exquisite meals and cocktails. Wifi only available after a short walk, which forces you to healthily manage your connection time... this is sustainable tourism for real!
