Small terrace overlooking Bastia old port, away from the noisy ferries in the harbour. Very safe area, very quiet and less than 10 minutes on foot from the very informative tourist office. Yes some steps to get to the flat are irregular but it is in a very nice old building and repairs must be difficult to do. We came with a rucksack each and managed without any difficulties, despite being over 70 and not very athletic! The flat is decorated with taste and confirms that someone lived there recently. Felt very homely! Everywhere we went in Bastia, everything was so clean!

Really nice appartment, near the city centre (the vibrant one and also to the old town and Citadel) and also near port (from the ferry it was about 10-15 minutes walk). From the balcony you can see the old part of the port. Some nice restaurants and caffés nearby, also the supermarket is just 3 minutes walk. Appartment is well equipped, you can cook, the bathroom is nice. Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a balcony, we spent there nice few days with our kids. Really recommend and hope to come back someday.
