The staff! Paul on the bar was amazing and the women waiting on tables were also. Shout out to Millie she’s a star! The team were clearly understaffed for our entire stay and yet they never stopped working always with a smile on their faces.

A very nice hotel with a stunning garden view and a spacious room. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with excellent hot water in the shower. The toiletries were a special touch—much appreciated. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Breakfast, however, was quite basic with limited options. There weren’t many personal choices like boiled eggs, which we prefer, as we don’t eat poached or sunny-side-up eggs. While the staff kindly provided boiled eggs upon request, we wish it had been on the menu to avoid making them go out of their way. That said, the reception ladies were wonderful on both days—very friendly and welcoming. Their warmth really added to the overall experience. The lady gave us helpful tips for our drive back and kindly reminded us to be careful on the road due to the yellow weather warning.
