We stayed at Basqal Hotel for a few days and absolutely loved it. I want to give a huge thank you to Elmi for making our stay so special. Even before we arrived, he reached out to me to make sure everything would go smoothly. When we got there, he welcomed us so warmly and had already arranged two beautiful rooms with a stunning mountain view. Throughout our stay, he kept in touch, always checking if we needed anything — and always with a big, genuine smile. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about guests the way Elmi does. Because of him, our stay felt personal, comfortable, and unforgettable. Big thanks to Elmi and the whole Basqal Hotel team — we’ll definitely be back.

I had an amazing stay with my family and hotel exceeded my expectations. Our room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very delicious. We appreciated the tea table stocked with sweets and fruits, which the resort generously replenished at no extra charge. I would like to thank all the staff members for exceptional service, especially Mahabbat from guest relations for his assistance and help from the moment we arrived until our departure. I will definitely return again.
