I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property for two days while working in the area. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the shopping center and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and bars. The property was extremely clean and tidy, and it was in excellent condition. It was well-equipped, providing everything I needed for my stay. One of the highlights for me was how quiet and peaceful it was, allowing for a restful atmosphere after a long day. The bed was also very comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Location was great for us, 5 min walk to mall and food hall and only a few mins extra to the train station accessible through the mall, nice decor and clean, including everything you need throughout your stay

I have stayed at short stays many times and I highly recommend it. The rooms are clean and finished to a high standard. Short stays is located next to Basingstoke shopping centre and is in an excellent location. Linzi is always extremely helpful and is always able to help with any queries I have regarding my room.

Close proximity to the town centre with parking on site was good. The apartment was modern and clean and well equipped although a pair of scissors would have been useful.

Great location, clean, warm and had everything I needed. I was staying on the ground floor for an extended period and the hosts could not have been more than helpful. As a self catering accommodation, I expected to have to purchase extra items, however, the arrival package was more than adequate. A bonus was the tumble dryer, although an airer would have been useful, that said, the heated towel rail was a bonus. I will certainly be staying again (if they will have me!) I cannot recommend this property enough

Very clean nice apartment . Close to town . And was available after being let down by an unusable apartment round the corner we had been booked to stay in . Also had free parking which was good

This flat is in a well maintained, clean and pleasant house close to the centre of Basingstoke, but very quiet. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The flat was on the first floor and was very quiet and well equipped. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. (A baking tray/casserole dish would have been nice, but we used some foil ones we purchased.) Tea, coffee, and milk was waiting for us when we arrived. We asked for clean bedding and towels part way through the stay and those were left outside our door. The flat was very clean and spacious enough for two people. There is a TV in the bedroom as well as the living area. The bathroom is an ensuite. We would definitely stay here again. It felt very safe and secure.
