Had exactly the facilities I was looking for: where to freshen up, sleep and have a quick breakfast. Very well kept, clean and cosy.

Slept here only 1 night after day 1 of StJames Way. Convenient distance, close to the trail. The annex is as described, double bed and a single one, bathroom. Fridge in between bed and bathroom. Kettle, tea, coffee, breakfast items. However only space for cooking is outside by a garden table. Very comfortable bed.
