I can absolutely recommend The Passage. We were travelling with my father who has very limited mobility and everything was organised so well. Barrier-free entry and room, comfortable, clean spaces and modern design with thoughtful touches. Loved the location too. Just far enough away from the noise of the bars and restaurants that it was peaceful, while still being easy walking distance to whatever we needed. The staff were gorgeous. So friendly, helpful and kind. We would definitely go back.

Superb location, near to Old Town and convenient for rail station. Staff efficient and helpful. Room everything you could ask for. Breakfast excellent.

Nice place to stay in Basel. Everything within walking distance. Nice staff, good breakfast. Garage is made for small cars , very narrow and quite dark .
