Guests receive a BaselCard upon check in. This Guest Card includes complementary use of Public Transport within Basel City and surroundings (Zone 10, 11, 13, 14 & 15, including Euroairport), free WiFi, as well as discounts on admission to cultural and leisure activities. Please note that the public transfer (2nd class) from EuroAirport or Basel main train stations to the hotel on the day of your arrival is free of charge with your booking confirmation.

Good location next to the train station, tram stops and supermarket. Kind and helpful staff and handy Basel Pass for free transport and half price museums. Liked that the bus from the airport to the hotel was also included with the booking. Not too loud despite central location, slept pretty well.

The location is excellent - there is a tram stop right outside the reception area and it’s a short walk to the main train station, also very short walk from where the airport bus drops you off. Neat and functional rooms. They also have bag storage facilities which were very useful. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Good position, 5 min away from central station. Room was comfortable.Nice touch with providing Basel cards with free transportation during the entire stay.Didn’t need to worry about bus tickets

I really appreciated that public transport was included in the price during my stay—it was such a great perk! There were also plenty of fantastic coffee shops nearby, and I loved having an amazing Coop so close. The room itself felt a bit outdated, and unfortunately, the USB port provided was broken. When I asked the receptionist if it could be changed, I was advised to report it the next day since the maintenance staff had already left. It would be great if, in situations like this, the receptionist could take note of the room number and reassure guests that the issue will be addressed the following day—it would make customers feel that their concerns are taken seriously. The shower head sprayed water everywhere, but on the bright side, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was a nice size. I did experience a long wait for a taxi—about 40 minutes. The receptionist was very helpful and handled the situation well, but the issue was with the taxi operator, who gave the driver the wrong address (since there were two Ibis hotels nearby). Luckily, I didn’t miss my flight! Overall, my stay was fair, but I found it a bit expensive for the value. Thank you!
