The fine print
Guests receive a BaselCard upon check in. This Guest Card includes complementary use of Public Transport within Basel City and surroundings (Zone 10, 11, 13, 14 & 15, including Euroairport), free WiFi, as well as discounts on admission to cultural and leisure activities. Please note that the public transfer (2nd class) from EuroAirport or Basel main train stations to the hotel on the day of your arrival is free of charge with your booking confirmation.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms and breakfast was excellent. Gym facilities are also good for a quick workout. The hotel is located close to sights across the city.

Very close to the tram stop, easy to get around. Some restaurants and a supermarket are also nearby. The room was very clean. A lot of amenities (e.g. disposable slippers, free drinks etc.) that I don't epect for 3 stars hotel were there. Quality and various breakfast were available in a nice sunroom. Staff, especially people taking care of breakfast were pleasant.

The hotel staff delivered an exceptional experience. The night guard was extremely friendly and helpful, and the check-out receptionist the next morning was equally pleasant. As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say this level of service was outstanding.
