Staff contact was fantastic through booking.com chat. I asked for two extra fans for the hot weather, clarification on the Basel card (no problem) and other things. All perfect. The location was absolutely brilliant for exploring the old town. The place was spotless on arrival. You can see and hear the cleaners working so hard in other apartments after check-out. They do a fantastic job and deserve special mention.

Location, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, from adapters, to a dishwasher and washer downstairs. It was quiet and close to lovely shops and transport.

Nice and clean apartments located in the city-centre. The personnel is friendly and communicative. There is a luggage room in the basement. It’s very convenient!
