Please note that the public transfer (2nd class) from EuroAirport or Basel main train stations to the hotel on the day of your arrival is free of charge with your booking confirmation.Please note that self check-in is available from 15:00. Early check-in is possible from 12:30 with extra costs to pay at the machine (if applicable).Please note that the room can be cleaned during the stay only upon request and for an extra cost. Easy check in process and perfect sized room for solo traveller. Very small but function bathroom, fan and hair dryer provided. Also very easy to use storage lockers after checkout. Recommend the thai restaurant downstairs for good food and reasonable prices.

The staff from another hotel that probably cooperated with easy hotel was very helpful to solve our problem. Didn't use the room we booked, but with the swift solution provided by that staff, we had a good stay in another room. Again, much appreciated her help.

Communication with the administration. Location, easy to check-in, clean. Public transportation in all directions. Coop market and Clara are just around the corner. As well as the gym.
