The location next to the messe, the clean room and the breakfast were great (even if breakfast room lacked fresh air being in the back)

The room was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay (small fridge, hair dryer, fan), with big windows for plenty of sunshine throughout the day. the location was perfect and convenient, with very good tram connections, and walking distance to grocery shops, restaurants, and the river.

Rooms are very clean, as well as bathrooms, which is probably the most important thing when staying somewhere multiple nights. The staff were great, they helped us with everything we needed. Also, Basel City Card was a great add on to our stay as we needed it for a bus from-to airport. Location is amazing. You practically do not need to use public transport at all (everything is in 20 min walk radius) but if you want to pop up somewhere quickly, there are multiple stations across the street just 1 minute walk.
