The stay at Bliss Basel was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Basel and accessing public transport easily.

Great location for the tram , the apartment is also a good size, very friendly lady at check in, the restaurant downstairs also looks good

The residence location is perfect! The tram is just outside and takes you everywhere. It was quiet and comfortable. All place to ourselves. The residence also has a restaurant! The second bedroom is inside the first one. We didn't mind that but maybe some people do. Apart from that, everything was perfect. The staff was amazing.

Very nice host, big apartment, we had everything we needed. With a little kid it was a big plus that the tram stop was in front of the house, but it was quiet in the apartment. It was really nice that they sent us the Basel card before check-in.
