Convenient location. Receptions so helpful - gave us an adapted when we didn’t have the right ones for the room and was kind enough to let us borrow umbrellas on a very rainy day. It’s directly opposite multiple tram stops which made getting around Basel very quick and easy. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The bar was a nice place to relax with a drink. One of the smoke alarms in the rooms were triggered causing an evacuation to the lobby, the staff very kindly gave everyone free drinks which was a nice touch. Would stay again.

Hotel Staff are so welcoming, friendly and professional. Couldn’t do enough for us . The hotel itself is Absolutely spotless . I highly recommend staying here

The room was very spacious, and both the breakfast team and the food were excellent. The staff member who handled our check-in was extremely helpful, taking the time to explain the hotel facilities and give us useful information about Basel. Robin was especially kind and friendly.
