The hotel is located only 2 minutes from the tram stop and it takes less than 10 minutes to city center. Super handy and convenient since you get a free pass to all public transportation during your stay. Car park is also really good even though you need to pay extra but it's worth!

I like the proximity of it with regard to transportation. Cleaning staffs are good and as well as the guy with fair complexity is the best reception in there, approachable and has pleasing personality. The female server who manage breakfast knows how to work and is working hard and not grumpy like the guy who wears glasses.

Perfect location to explore Basal . Very friendly staff. Close to tram stop . Good range of food available at breakfast

Group of 4 ladies visiting Christmas markets in Berne, Zurich and Strasbourg. Used the trams from airport to get us to the hotel, bus 50 to train station,then 8 or 10 for one stop then tram 14 which dropped us of outside hotel. Reception staff very helpful and accommodating. Rooms spotless clean. Breakfast had bacon, sausage and egg, cereal, toast, fruit, teas, coffees, and spotlessly clean too. Whilst we were there, Aston Villa were playing Basel, so there were other English in hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel , good value.
