Cecile is the most welcoming, charming and attentive host that it is ever my luck to stay with. The loveley old farm of Guersingnies is as welcoming as ever, sunk deep in the peaceful countryside just outside Avesnes. I have stayed with Cecile twice now and her guest management only improves. This rest stop cannot be recommended highly enough, others should take note...

Very friendly and welcoming host. Cecile spoke excellent English. The breakfast was fit for a King. The building full of history with large, airy rooms with high ceilings.

Very beautiful house, well maintained, lovely restored. The breakfast was original with home cooked items, loads of choices, local products. Madame Cecile took very well care of us.
