Lovely space, very comfortable. Beautiful coastline a short walk away - Cliff house for dinner and Beachcomber for breakfast were both great.

This is a lovely place to stay. Tastefully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean with a very pretty and private outside seating area. There are some very thoughtful touches like the welcome pack, books to read etc. We loved it and only wished we could have stayed longer. It is only a 10 minute walk to the beach which was an added bonus.

Very comfortable annex the Host has thought of everything there is a microwave and a fridge if you want to fix yourself something to eat there is crockery and cutlery the Host even offered to do my washing up for me! They also left tea and coffee and snacks with milk in the fridge lovely place to stay really enjoyed it. The Annex is part of a larger house and is a detached building at the top of the drive it is about a 10-minute walk to Barton beach and in the opposite direction a 10 minute walk to a Chinese takeaway or a Lidli supermarket.
