Staff went out of their way to help and were very welcoming. Little touches like USB ports and coffee machine were nice too. Sign in was easy. We couldn't hear any noise from the pub downstairs.

Loved the rooms, had a wonderful shower. Slept well. Very picturesque surroundings. Staff were amazing, rooms were ready early.

Easy self check-in, no keys, also love that breakfast was a continental already set up in your room - cereals and utensils by the entry. Basically, I saw no one it was great! The only downside is that it was a ridiculously hot day (31°), so the room was hot. But there was a fan, and it was already going when I arrived, yay! Other than the heat, it was a beautiful, comfy room.
