Lyndon was such a lovely host! The room was comfortable. Great bed, great pillows. Everything was clean. Great amenities. We were very happy with the room and the location. Breakfast was GREAT! Would recommend for a short stay.

Lyndon was an amazing host breakfast is well worth it cooked breakfast and fresh produce fruit cereals, ect. If need anything he will do his best to help 19 min walk to the beach and fair ect. Best experience I've ever had

Owners were lovely and helpful. Room wasn't big but enough space for 2. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice clean bathroom and fridge in the wardrobe! Location very good. Barry Island at the end of the road and only 2 min drive to Asda and Goodsheds. Couldn't fault the place and would definitely stay again.

great short walk from gails to the promende, good free parking options nearby, lyndon was a fantastic host and cooked a mean full english breakfast!

The property was very off putting when we pulled up very shabby looking needs up dating from outside kerb appeal not good inside had been refurbished and the bedrooms where very cosy and the beds were very comfortable only thing missing was a mattress protection the dining room was not very inviting the breakfast was very small and because it was a pre booked idea there was items missing

One of those hidden gems that are hard to find...Great room.The bed was super comfy and plenty of storage space for clothes. Only stayed one night but roomy enough for a longer stay. Love the breakfast order form and cooked in front of you the following morning. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Owner was happy and polite and nothing too much trouble. Will definitely be back
