No breakfast . No tea facilities in room but not expected in the good value price . Coffee pods in mini communal kitchen a bonus .

Great location with good restaurant nearby. Free private parking. Perfectly clean. Comfortable large king size double bed. The host communicated well in advance about how to access the place correctly and how to get in by ourselves. Friendly cat greeted us at our arrival.
