Arrival after hours (from 9:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.): supplement of 20 euros.
Arrival after 00:00h: supplement of 50 euros
Check out time: before 11:00 a.m. Departure after hours without consulting us: 50 euros
Loss of keys: 50 euros
Leaving the keys inside: 50 euros
Leaving the apartment dirty: 50 euros
Bringing a dog: 20 euros; if it gets on the beds or sofa and leaves hair/smells/urine, we reserve the right to charge the amount of the professional cleaning, which will depend on the damage, and a supplement equal to any loss of income if we have to cancel the reservation of the next guest.- The property is located next to a busy road, and although there are double-glazed windows, some noise may be heard. Check-in is from 4 PM, and although there is no time limit, it is necessary to inform the guest of their arrival time, especially for arrivals after 9 PM. Check-out is by 11 AM at the latest. Leaving the apartment after this time without written approval from the property owner carries a penalty of €50. Losing keys or leaving them inside the apartment carries a penalty of €50. Leaving the apartment dirty carries a penalty of €50, plus the cost of professional cleaning, such as upholstery or similar. Bringing pets requires a €20 advance payment (sofa covers are provided). Any damage, whether intentional or negligent, that requires cleaning of urine, stains, or odors, as well as repairs or replacements, carries the cost of professional cleaning, as well as a penalty in the event of not being able to make the apartment available for the next guests, equal to the loss of income caused.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The property is perfect, it has everything you could possibly need and it’s in a beautiful location. We liked it so much that we’d like to book again and stay for longer. Andreas is very friendly and welcoming, you really couldn’t ask for a better host.

We loved everything about this property. It was pristine. It had everything we needed for our stay. Very well stocked. The view of the countryside from the windows was just amazing!
