The property was just what we needed. Peacefully nestled in a beautiful part of North Devon. The river, the pine woods, the beautiful garden and not to mention the charming cottage. We had the most wonderful time as a family and would love to visit again.

Beautiful location and really peaceful. Being able to hear the babbling brook from the lounge was wonderful! Lovely seating area next to the water and nice sized garden for my dog. Brilliant location to access lots of dog friendly beaches / walks too, with most places 20 mins away. Really lovely and accommodating host too! Thank you so much!
