Communication from the host was great, she answered any Q's I had, no matter how daft. The location was perfect and the folder full of useful info regarding walks, heating, instructions etc was brilliant. The prosecco waiting for us was a lovely touch as were the tea, sugar and coffee (we have stayed in many places where it wasn't provided)

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious home in Devon. It had such a warm, welcoming feel — it truly felt like a home rather than just a place to stay. The location was great too, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything Devon has to offer. We’d happily stay here again!

Perfect location, quiet but not too far to the coast. Fully equipped everything you'd need. Garden secure for the dogs. WiFi strong. It's really good find and will come back again.
