I visit Barnstaple once a month to visit family luckily this time I found this little gem, great communication from Debbie and all the little Personal touches made this place so welcoming Clean fresh and modern great location for the the Town good Wi-Fi, which is important, I hope it’s available next time I’m in town as I won’t want to stay anywhere else Highly recommended

The property had everything you could possibly need. Very clean, and well stocked. Very convenient for reaching all sorts of sightseeing places by car.

Very smart clean comfortable caravan, owner had provided lots of essentials including a welcome snack pack of local goodies; good communication, clear instructions, would love to visit again
