Hotel facilities, plus the cafe Nineteenth adjacent. Restaurant served good food for a reasonable price. Staff very attentative.

I plan a biannual function for our Regimental Association for retired soldiers. Everything is great, All staff are very friendly from the junior waiters/waitresses/bar staff all the up to the senior managers and event coordinator.

Lovely stay at Hotel Nineteen overall. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well presented. Unfortunately, my initial room had a strong damp, drain-like smell, which wasn’t ideal. However, I spoke to reception and Ebony was absolutely fantastic in resolving the issue quickly and professionally. She moved me to a new room which was perfect, so a big thank you to her for being so helpful. The hotel also has great parking and a really lovely café and diner, which adds to the experience. The only thing missing for me would be a gym, which would make it even better. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent customer service.
