Everything was great however when we got in the room it did smell like someone had been to the loo 2 mins before we opened the door. It lingered for several hours :( no drama we all poo but wow let’s get some air freshener

Easy to find with good parking. Next door is a Toby inn. Room not checked before arrival, if they had they may have noticed the issue with the window vent allowing what I assume to be rain previously running down the window and splashes on to the floor which had now dried over. Rest of room was clean and it did not impact our stay. I was too tired to complain for one night so left it til check out next morning.

We love being able to bring the dogs. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast is very good. It's an Ideal location for our concerts at Horizon college.

Very convenient for the M1. Friendly staff, very clean room. Tea/ coffee making facilities, no biscuits or cutlery, just wooden sticks. Good soundproofing with window closed. Walk in shower with reasonable pressure. Room good size. It was all we needed for a quick overnight stay .

The building was so warm and with no air con the windows being open wernt quite enough other than that was a nice short stay
