Please note that the swimming pool facilities are only available for children on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 14.30 to 17.30 and at the weekend from 11.30 to 15.00.Please note that during the month of December, the property will be hosting on-site Christmas functions every Friday and Saturday. Some rooms may be affected by noise.Extra beds are available on request and are either ‘Z Beds’ or ‘Fold Away’ beds. Lovely lady on reception, Claire, was extremely helpful. when our emergency booking for 2 rooms showed as confirmed in Booking.com but they only had one room available she managed to move things around and find us another room.

Timi the receptionist was extremely helpful, and managed to assist me as I had inadvertently booked a double toom instead of a twin, changing our reservation swiftly making our brief stay a wonderful experience, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to find accommodation in the Barnsley area, I was amazed at how quickly we managed to get to our destination at Mandela Gardens in the centre of Barnsley in just 10 minutes, Perfect Just Perfect, Local amenities are all close at had too there is a Fish & Chip shop less than a 5 minute walk away and a local one stop shop for almost anything required just 5 minutes away, the view from our window was lovely, There was nothing I could fault with this Hotel.

Thanks to our Genius aware I had free breakfast on this trip, the hotel was very comfortable and it had air conditioning which was a godsend thanks to the hot weather. Have stayed at Holiday Inns before and this one was just as nice. Would certainly stay here again
