The Morritt is a lovely hotel well positions just off the main road. It has a good bar and restaurant serving good food. Comfy beds in a reasonably appointed room.

We were warmly welcomed into a very comfortable room with a lovely view of the gardens & field with sheep in. The staff were all very friendly and seemed pleased to have us at the hotel

Booked late at night, arrived just before midnight and the welcome was fantastic, woke in the morning to realise I'm staying in a Dickens novel, named in the 1700s, the gardens were beautiful, selection of fab teas in the room and a deliciously soft and fragrant moisturiser was a bonus.
