Clean and very spacious. Well equipped kitchen etc. Very comfortable beds with good quality bed linen. Lovely welcome pack. Set in a beautiful location. The many lambs were a cute added extra. The hot tub was a big hit with us all.

Location/views were excellent. The hot tub was a welcome addition, too; we used it every night! The quirky building (including the glazed floor to the water wheel) really did make it an unforgettable stay. Our stay was with work, however I think we all intend on revisiting with our wives and partners. The tailored welcome pack, complete with cider, some nice beer and lovely crisps, was a great touch. All of the Brown Family that we met were lovely, and we couldn't have asked for any more from them.
